Staying here with friends was perfect! Marta was super helpful, giving us maps and directions to the Colosseum and Trevi Fountain. Loved the pastries at breakfast and the kitchen was well stocked. Good location for walking everywhere and felt safe at night. Highly recommend this spot!
The only downside was that I found the bed a bit uncomfortable, hard for me to sleep well at times.

Amazing place with great amenities like wi-fi, a shared kitchen, and luggage storage. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost ID card during my first stay. I highly recommend it for a smooth experience. I'm coming back for Easter!

The hotel exceeded all expectations, I would happily go back again. It was a VERY GOOD time staying at this excellent value venue. The location offered was good close enough to all Rome main sightseeings as well as all the fabulous cafes and restaurants are. After long day I visited Imperium Pub for a couple of drinks.

During our stay, we could easily walk to the Colosseum and other Roman ruins in about 15 minutes. The cleaning staff kept everything neat and tidy every day. We really appreciated the communal kitchen and the pastries provided every morning. Plus, our host was very welcoming and provided a helpful map showing local attractions and eateries-definitely take her dining recommendations!

Ideal hotel with outstandingly accommodating staff for a really amazing stay. Big beds and an air conditioning and a high ceiling. Good for short stay.

Friendly owner. Very helpful. Spacious bedroom. Close to Termini Train station and Coliseum (10-15 min walk to both).
Decoration need to be refreshed (quite old fashioned). Some works needed in the bathroom.

I did not like anything.
The hotel was uncomfortable and dirty. It was very noisy. There was no breakfast. Conditions in the hotel are very poor. I do not recommend it.The rate per night does not meet of the proposed conditions

The guy that runs this place is friendly and helpful, when we arrived he took us to the cafe next door for a coffee while they sorted out an admin issue with our booking (it happens). The position is perfect, pretty much can walk to most of the local attractions, and only a short walk from Roma Termini station, which has plenty of shuttles to the airports and of course is the main train station in Rome.
The 'included' breakfast is a pastry and coffee at the cafe next door. While this is ok for some people, and pretty common in parts of Europe (France this is quite common also), I'm a pretty big guy and need a bit more sustenance.

Comfortable and clean hotel with friendly reception staff.
I was frustrated with the small bathroom in our room. It was nearly impossible to sit comfortably on the toilet due to the sink being in such close proximity. The shower booth was cramped.
